“I came across the topic of high-altitude training through a long-time friend. Convinced of the concept of using mountain air as an innovative and sustainable solution in training and therapy, I imported the first devices from the USA. I am, so to speak, the pioneer of mountain air in Europe.”

“During my work at FormMed HealthCare AG, I got to know altitude balance and quickly realized that altitude training will have a permanent place in the future health market.”

After studying at the Cologne Sports University, I have had more than 20 years of experience in marketing/sales for companies such as POLAR, NIKE, SCHWINN and others.
Taking up the idea of high-altitude training from America, Höhebalance founded and developed training/therapy concepts, initiated studies and set up sales.
I was one of the first to bring hypoxia training to Germany and establish Höhenbalance as an expert in altitude training. At Höhenbalance I am responsible in particular for the areas of corporate strategy, marketing and sales.
As a former triathlete and marathon runner (best time 3:02:03), sport is part of my life, especially freeriding, road cycling, running and tennis

As a trained office clerk, I have been working in various companies in sales and marketing for over 20 years, including as sales manager at FormMed HealthCare AG and Fujifilm Sericol Deutschland GmbH.
I have been working for Höhenbalance since 2010 and am responsible for the areas of management, control and organization of the operating processes and operational services.
I love the mountains and the good food there, skiing and sailing. I use the mountain air to relieve stress and calm down in the turbulent everyday life.
