When we carried out the first study with the Berlin Charitè in the field of obesity/hypertension in 2008, it quickly became clear to us that this is exactly what our concept would work for.

It was important to us from the start that the hypoxia training was scientifically sound and implemented safely. The awarding of the 2019 Nobel Prize in Medicine for research into the reactions of the human organism to hypoxia confirmed everything that we have passed on to doctors and therapists in lectures and training courses since 2006.
