Technical Service

Should one of our systems have a technical problem, which is very rare (service rate is less than 0.5%!), one of our technical departments, which is located in Germany (Frechen/Cologne), Austria (Going) and the Switzerland (Givisiez). In urgent cases, a service technician will come to you for our medical devices.
