The best technology for your project

Innovative air separation technology

We have made it our mission to provide you with the optimal technology for your individual requirements. Depending on the area of application, the systems used vary in the way in which the oxygen-reduced air is generated. We use various processes, all of which are based on the proven principle of normobaric hypoxia. This means that the oxygen content of the air is specifically changed without affecting the air pressure. A major advantage of this process is that no oxygen bottles are needed to enrich the O₂ and maintenance is kept as low as possible.

Each air separation process has its own advantages and disadvantages. However, our primary goal is to ensure that none of the technologies we use pose any health risks. You can rest assured that all the systems we use are fully tested and completely safe. Your health and safety are our top priority - and you can rely on that 100%!

We guarantee you the best technology, individually adapted to your needs, so that you can achieve your goals safely and efficiently.

product advantages

airPoint and airBoost

We use the so-called PSA (pressure swing absorption) process for all systems in which the customer/patient breathes in air directly through the system via a breathing mask. In this process, air is compressed using a compressor and passed through a molecular sieve under pressure. This sieve contains zeolite, a naturally degradable material, or activated carbon. Almost all major manufacturers of O2 concentrators and IHT systems use zeolite as a natural O2 binding material in their concentrators and in large systems that supply oxygen to hospitals. This process has numerous advantages over membrane systems:

High purity of the oxygen obtained (up to 95% possible)

>>

Almost maintenance-free

>>

Often quieter than membrane systems

>>

The enriched oxygen is odorless

>>

The air is also cleaned of CO2 and noble gases via the molecular sieve

>>

Natural material (no plastic)

room systems

airRoom

We use membranes in our room systems because we need large amounts of oxygen-reduced air and this cannot be inhaled directly through a mask, as the membranes are often made of artificial PVC. Membrane systems can usually only generate a maximum oxygen concentration of 40%, which is why they are not used in the medical field for O2 therapy. Our membrane systems are produced by an absolute specialist supplier. Membrane systems are located in numerous universities, research institutes and clinics around the world that place the highest value on quality. The membrane systems can be used for altitude chambers, altitude lounges and larger hypoxia rooms.

The residual oxygen content can be adjusted on the membrane. We usually work with a residual oxygen content of 10%. For research purposes, the residual oxygen content can also be reduced to 4%. In order to enable different oxygen concentrations in the hypoxia chamber, once the previously defined target value has been reached, the O2 concentration of the air flowing through the membrane is increased to 11-16% residual oxygen with the help of outside air, which corresponds to an altitude of approx. 2000m to 5000m above sea level.
